Good Thoughts to Live By #19

The Powers of Heaven

"The priesthood is the authority of God delegated to men on the earth to act in all things for the salvation of mankind. Priesthood is the means whereby the Lord acts through men to save souls. One of the defining features of the Church of Jesus Christ, both anciently and today, is His authority. There can be no true Church without divine authority."

Topics: Priesthood

Because I do know God's Plan of Happiness, because of the priesthood authority being restored to set up Christ's Church, I grieve, but do not give up hope for those who have died.  I do feel bad that Thomas Kinkade (his painting above) passed away recently at a rather young age.  I grieve with my good friend in England who just lost her mum yesterday.  I miss family members and friends who have left this earth while I've been alive.  I felt sad when these tulips finally died, even though they still looked beautiful to me.  Things and people go on in our hearts and in that special place of peace and rest where they wait where we will be able to see them again.  We shall have back all we lose here, but all will be even better.  What happiness this reality brings to my soul!

Okay, so it is a tulip I need to let go.

Keep dreaming, keep believing, keep a rainbow in your heart.
